Abstract: Citizen Digital Foundation partnered with Women Inclusive In Technology (WIIT) and aikyam fellows for CDF STEM Femme 2025, a six-month long programme aimed at bridging the gendered digital divide and facilitating gainful employment for women. Two STEM Femme fellows were chosen and equipped to drive change by facilitating targeted training for women participants from underserved backgrounds. The programme sought to pave flexible avenues for their participation in the workforce by enabling them to pursue fractional employment or entrepreneurship, while navigating the restraints of various social barriers. An overview of the programme and its impact are recorded in this report.
