Abstract: CDF’s Youth Dialogue Forum Kria is a novel iteration that goes beyond the dialogue and catalyses it into action through hands-on engagement. This pilot edition was designed as a responsible innovation challenge for Safe and Trusted AI, recognised as an official pre-summit event of the India AI Impact Summit 2026. CDF collaborated with Nayaneethi Policy Collective, TinkerHub Foundation and Digital Futures Lab to create an experiential learning space for youth from multidisciplinary backgrounds to critically engage with the socio-economic impact of AI. Through simulations, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving, the forum enabled participants to grapple with real-world trade-offs, incentives, and unintended consequences of AI design and deployment. Through this immersion, YDF Kria facilitated the conversation and its translation into actionable solutions and innovation. This report documents the key components and outcomes of the unique responsible innovation challenge.
