Abstract: Citizen Digital Foundation’s toolkits are a collection of rich resources on different topics and areas we address. These resources have been curated to suit the needs of different stakeholders, and consist of different websites, guides, tools, and even games on topics such as online harassment, online child safety and Generative AI to name a few. This iteration of our toolkit contains a ten-point checklist for using social media responsibly in bureaucracy and references to build social media editorial and content strategies.
